From Our Members

The NPPF plays a unique role in helping ALL healthcare practitioners tackle the sustainability of our health care system in Namibia. There is no other group or association in Namibia that plays a similar role. The NPPF is also unique in providing a legal guide where funders have overstepped their powers.

I have personally been a beneficiary of their support on a number of occasions and currently am involved in a high court case where we feel NAMAF have acted ultra vires. Via support from the NPPF, a number of practitioner groups have assisted me financially on this case. Part of a positive outcome here would be that it will stop NAMAF from perpetrating similar erroneous decisions in the future. I strongly advise that EVERY healthcare practitioner in Namibia join this highly motivated group.

I have been a member of the NPPF since its origin 12 years ago. The NPPF has assisted the physiotherapy profession to navigate through stormy healthcare waters during this time. The NPPF has been the only body in Namibia who represents the interests of health care providers.
